Staffing Coordinator Full Time Days

Position Summary:

Provide confidential administrative support and assistance with the operational coordination of adult patient care units. Maintains good public relations with physicians, employees, outside agencies and visitors. Assists with charges, payroll, staffing, and data collection. Maintains Kronos input for nursing units.

Position Qualifications: (including required licensure/certifications, education and job knowledge experience)

License: N/ A

Other: American Heart Association BLS required.

Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Experience in a Secretarial and/or staffing, payroll, and filing experience.

Preferred: Additional training as a Medical Assistant, Unit Secretary or similar position

Other Qualification: Microsoft Office proficiency required
