RN Supervisor

The Recovery Center of Niagara is dedicated to treating substance and alcohol use disorders. We focus on patient care and quality. Our facility provides comprehensive services, including detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We are looking for RN Supervisors (RNs) for the Day shift (7 am-7:30 pm).

Full-time preferred (3 x 12-hour shifts)

RN Supervisors coordinate nursing services according to our policies and standards, promoting client health. They are part of a team that helps residents manage their health, coordinating medical and psychiatric services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medication accurately.
• Conduct tests for urine, blood, and glucose.
• Provide direct care aligned with nursing goals.
• Help staff develop care plans and address patient issues.
• Assist in care planning and discharge.
• Adjust patient assignments as needed.
• Implement patient education programs.
• Review and provide feedback on staff documentation.
• Maintain patient care standards.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• New York State RN license
• Registered nurse in good standing
• BLS certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience in a detox/rehab setting
