RN Supervisor

Elev8 Centers is committed to treating substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers comprehensive care, from detox to rehab and recovery therapy. We're looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

The RN coordinates nursing services per our policies and procedures, promoting clients' physical and mental health. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team assisting residents in managing their health and coordinating medical services, including psychiatric and medication, to meet individual needs.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medication safely and accurately according to PSO policies.
• Conduct urine, blood, and glucose tests.
• Provide direct patient care aligned with the nursing department's goals.
• Assist staff in creating and evaluating goal-oriented care plans.
• Help plan patient care, discharge, and ongoing care.
• Adjust patient assignments based on changing needs during shifts.
• Implement patient education programs based on specific needs.
• Review and give feedback on staff documentation standards.
• Maintain patient care standards as per government and standardizing agency regulations.

Qualifications:

• Accredited nursing school graduate
• Current New York State RN license
• Registered nurse in good standing
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience in medication administration in a detox/rehab setting
