Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Medical to join our healthcare team. As an RN Medical, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care and exceptional service to patients. You will ensure patient safety and comfort, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

The primary responsibilities of the RN Medical include:

1. Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient conditions, identifying any changes or concerns. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.

2. Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

3. Medical Procedures: Perform a variety of medical procedures and treatments, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy, following established protocols and standards.

4. Record Keeping and Documentation: Accurately document patient information, medical histories, and treatment details. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of patient records.

5. Education and Counseling: Provide patients and their families with information about their conditions, treatment options, and aftercare instructions. Offer emotional support and counseling as needed.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Adhere to all standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.

7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, laboratory technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong clinical skills and experience with various medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting highly desirable.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
