Elev8 Centers is dedicated to caring for those with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our medical facility covers every care phase, from detox to medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We're looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

As an RN, you'll provide nursing services aligned with our policies and procedures. You'll promote clients' physical and mental health and work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents manage their health. You'll coordinate and monitor medical services, including psychiatric and medication services, tailored to individual resident needs.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately administer and document medications according to PSO policies.
• Perform urine, blood work, and glucose monitoring tests.
• Deliver direct patient care in line with the nursing department's philosophy and goals.
• Help staff identify and address patient issues by creating goal-oriented care plans and evaluating the care provided.
• Assist in planning patient care, discharge, and ongoing care.
• Adjust patient assignments as needed based on changing patient needs during the shift.
• Implement patient teaching programs tailored to specific needs.
• Review staff documentation standards and provide feedback.
• Maintain patient care standards per governmental and standardizing agencies' regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current New York State RN license
• Professionally registered nurse in good standing
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience administering medication in a detox/rehab setting
