Urban Recovery focuses on treating individuals with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers comprehensive care, from detox to medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We're currently seeking RN Medical to join our team!

Overnight shifts: 7 PM - 7:30 AM

The RN role involves coordinating nursing services that reflect our philosophy and standards. You'll promote the physical and mental health of our clients and work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents manage their health. This position oversees medical services, including psychiatric and medication, tailored to individual needs.

Key Duties:

• Safely and accurately administer and document medication per PSO policies.
• Conduct urine, blood, and glucose tests.
• Provide direct patient care aligned with the nursing department's goals.
• Develop and assist staff in formulating and evaluating care plans.
• Assist with care planning, discharge, and ongoing care.
• Adjust assignments based on changing patient needs during shifts.
• Implement patient education programs based on specific needs.
• Review and provide feedback on staff documentation standards.
• Maintain patient care standards per government and standardizing agencies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current NY State RN license
• Registered nurse in good standing
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience in a detox/rehab facility preferred
