RN Case Manager - Per Diem - Days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Case Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Case Management for Inpatients to determine appropriateness of continued stay, care planning, utilization management and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Computer-literate, working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
• Current license as a registered Nurse in the State of NJ
• BSN required
• 3-5 Years of Nursing experience required
• Utilization review and discharge planning experience preferred
• Case Management certification preferred
• On call and weekend rotations every couple of months
