Position Summary
Our inpatient drug treatment program is looking for motivated and dedicated Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors (CASAC) to join our team. The position requires compliance with OASAS inpatient detox and rehab regulations and timely documentation completion.
Schedule Needed:
Day Shift Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, admission assessments, case management, aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with OASAS guidelines are beneficial.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: CASAC-T
Qualifications Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Substance Use Counseling preferred
License/Certification:
CASAC, CASAC-A, CASAC 2, CASAC-M
