Ethos Veterinary Health is hiring a Full- Time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Urgent Care team in Oceanside, CA!

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 1pm - 10pm and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 7pm
About the Job: As a Registered Veterinary Technician in our Urgent Care you will be responsible for:
- Triaging patients
- Obtaining and reporting vitals, prioritizing patient treatments and delegating tasks if needed
- Recognize changes in patient status and report to doctor
- Advise owners, prepare medications and discharge patients
- Collect samples, place IV catheters, prepare IV fluids and additives
- Utilizing different imaging modalities (radiographs,ultrasound)
- Calculating and administering medication, fluid additives, CRI's
- Administer and monitor patients for anesthetic/sedation procedures
About You:
- Minimum of 3 year of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting required. 1 years ER experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
