Description:

New Graduate RN's are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000! RN's with greater than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. At Mercy Medical Center the Ortho/Nero Unit provides quality care to patients who have suffered neurological conditions as well as those needing orthopedic care procedures. Coordinating healthcare plans with the team, administering medications, as well as educating patients. Our work ethic is the cornerstone of all we do at Mercy Hospital. What you will do :

In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

• Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

• Certification : BLS (AHA/ARC).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience: Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.

Work Schedule : Full Time, 36 Hours, Night Shift 7pm-7am

Every other Weekend/Holiday.
