As a Registered Nurse - Pediatric, you will be an integral part of our pediatric healthcare team, delivering compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to children from infancy through adolescence. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients, collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately, following established protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor patients' condition and response to treatment, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing health conditions, medications, and therapies.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of pediatric patients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve positive patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
