As a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary duties will include assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine their health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient assessments and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and physician instructions.
• Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing medical conditions, medications, and therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
