Job Description:

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
7. Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.
8. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate care and support as needed.

Requirements:

1. Valid RN License: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
2. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
3. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care management.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
