Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities in project management tool Adobe Workfront, ensuring all tasks are assigned and executed within the given timeframes
• Monitor project progress in Workfront, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist Intake Manager and Production Manager on allocating and managing resources, including videographers, editors, graphic designers, other team members, and external resources to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Monitor resource availability and workload to ensure efficient utilization
• Collaborate with team members to optimize resource allocation and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks
• Accountable to ensure project management best practices are used
• Collaborate with clients and team members to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables on special events
• Coordinate with external vendor when necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a creative or marketing agency or equivalent work experience
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tool Adobe Workfront
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, including PowerPoint
• Knowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Flexibility to travel > 10% as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of video projects
• Collaborate with team members to address any identified issues or areas for improvement
• Understand the total competencies of each team member to build an effective and dynamic team
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
