Key Responsibilities:

Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects to enhance patient care outcomes and safety. Professional Nurses contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the healthcare organization.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:
