As a Pediatric Home Healthcare LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well-being of your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist registered nurses and other members of the healthcare team in providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with other medical procedures as directed by a registered nurse or physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and report any concerns or issues to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing education and support on managing medical conditions and promoting wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all patient interactions, assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
