Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess the patient's condition, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding any changes or concerns.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to pediatric patients and their families during challenging times.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
