Key Responsibilities:

2. Home Assessments: Conduct thorough and accurate physical assessments in the home environment, obtain patient histories, and evaluate patients' overall health to identify any specific healthcare needs.

4. Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and educate families on medication management.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
