Patient Support Supervisor

We focus on caring for those with substance and alcohol use disorders, always putting patient care first. We are seeking Patient Support Supervisors to help support patients, reduce barriers to treatment, and keep them engaged. Coordinators will model recovery skills and inspire hope. Shifts:

• Morning: 7 am-3:30 pm
• Night: 3 pm-11:30 pm
• Overnight: 11 pm-7:30 am

Duties:

• Interact with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Communicate with Counselors and Nursing staff.
• Encourage positive patient-staff interactions.
• Transport patients.
• Ensure adherence to schedules.
• Conduct room checks.
• Perform census checks every two hours.
• Report behavioural inconsistencies.
• Assist in de-escalating patients.
• Manage linen and laundry.
• Replenish linen supplies.
• Prepare laundry for housekeeping.
• Return clean laundry.
• Document new admissions' belongings.
• Screen for contraband.
• Perform additional duties.
• Act as a role model.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience Skills:
