The Urgency Room is looking to hire a part-time Guest Services Coordinator. This position is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus. We are looking for individuals who are customer service-focused, tech-savvy, and reliable to join our front desk team. The Guest Service Coordinators act as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room and make patients and guests feel welcome and valued. The position uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, collects applicable co-payments or past due balances). They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.
Schedule:
The hours of this position include a mixture of both day and evening shifts. This part-time position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift is 7:30am-3:30pm and evening shift is 2:30pm-10:30pm.
