Nursing Supervisor (LPN)

Urban Recovery specializes in treating those with substance and alcohol use disorders. We offer comprehensive care from detox to rehab and recovery therapy. We are seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to join our team!

LPNs provide personalized nursing care using established techniques and procedures under the direction of a registered nurse. You'll collaborate with dedicated professionals and advance your clinical expertise in this role!

Dayshifts and Overnight: 7:00a-7:30p, 7:00p-7:30a

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and timely per physicians' orders.
• Educate patients on medications and document their response, informing a registered nurse or doctor if needed.
• Record all patient activities and progress in the medical record, alerting a registered nurse or doctor if necessary.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as outlined in treatment plans.
• Collect and report data for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably experienced in addiction treatment.
