Nursing Supervisor (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide individualized nursing care using recognized techniques and standards under a registered nurse's direction. Advance your clinical skills with our committed team!

Shifts: 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a

Key Duties:

• Administer medications following Safe Nursing Practice and physician orders.
• Educate patients about their medications, document responses, and report any issues.
• Record patient activities like admissions and discharges, notifying staff of abnormalities.
• Document detox progress and patient behavior, reporting concerns.
• Log all treatments and patient responses, notifying staff of issues.
• Communicate patient progress with the team, reporting concerns.
• Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably experienced in addiction treatment.
