Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; additional certifications may be required depending on the clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
