As a Nursing Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. This role requires a highly skilled and autonomous professional capable of diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing patient care. The Nursing Practitioner is responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
• Provide emotional support and ensure patients' comfort
• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare providers to create and implement care plans
• Follow infection control policies and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
• Document patients' health information accurately and maintain medical records

Necessary Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Proven experience in providing patient care
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure
