As a Nursing Care Specialist (Pediatric Home Care), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure clear communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, as required.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for pediatric patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with advancements in pediatric nursing and healthcare.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
