Nursing Care Specialist (CNA)

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Nursing Care Specialist, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.
2. Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
3. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute care or specialty setting.
4. Certification in a specialty area, such as critical care, oncology, or rehabilitation, preferred.
5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
