Job Description: Nursing Care Specialist

- Clinical Leadership: Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and expertise in the delivery of specialized nursing care and evidence-based practice.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and performance improvement activities to enhance the quality, safety, and effectiveness of nursing care delivery within the organization.
Requirements:
- Active RN License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Advanced degree (MSN) or specialty certification (CNS) in a relevant area of nursing practice preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical specialty area, such as critical care, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation nursing, with demonstrated proficiency in complex care management.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care needs effectively.
