We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care:

    • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  2. Assessment and Planning:

    • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate and implement patient care plans.
    • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment, recovery, and future care plans.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
    • Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop comprehensive care plans.
  4. Compliance and Safety:

    • Adhere to established nursing protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following infection control procedures, medication administration, and storage protocols.
    • Ensure all nursing interventions are consistent with patient care policies and standards.
  5. Professional Development:

    • Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and continue professional development through education and training.
    • Participate in nursing research and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Mentor and support junior nursing staff and nursing students.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Experience in a specialized field such as critical care, emergency, or pediatrics is advantageous.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN) are preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide complex nursing care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient care issues and develop appropriate care plans.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology.
