Responsibilities:
- Assist with all medical record requests
- Sort incoming mail and disperse accordingly
- Answering incoming phone calls at the home office location and follow up accordingly
- Managing calendars and assist with projects
- Provide assistance to Executive Team members at the home office location as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associates' Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to take on ad hoc projects as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to handling confidential matters
- Flexibility to take on administrative tasks as needed
