LPN Care Manager

Urban Recovery focuses on treating individuals with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers comprehensive care from detox to rehab and recovery therapy. We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time LPN Care Managers to join our team!

LPNs provide individualized nursing care using established techniques and procedures under a registered nurse's guidance. In this role, you'll work with dedicated professionals and enhance your clinical skills!

Dayshifts and Overnight: 7:00a-7:30p, 7:00p-7:30a

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and timely per physicians' orders.
• Educate patients on medications and document their response, alerting a registered nurse or doctor if necessary.
• Record all patient activities and progress in the medical record, informing a registered nurse or doctor if needed.
• Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as per treatment plans.
• Collect and report data for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably experienced in addiction treatment.
