We are dedicated to the treatment of substance and alcohol use disorders, focusing on delivering top-quality patient care. Our facility supports patients through detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We are seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team!

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers nursing care customized to individual patient needs, under the direction of a registered nurse, in line with nursing standards.

Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Educate patients on their medications and document their responses.
• Keep detailed records of patient activities and report any issues.
• Document patient detox progress and any behavioral changes.
• Log all treatments and patient responses.
• Communicate patient progress with the treatment team.
• Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Collect data for Continuous Quality Improvement programs and report findings.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably with experience in addiction treatment.
