Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and document any changes. As a Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatric Home Health, you will ensure early detection and intervention for potential health issues.
• Care Planning: Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
