• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient specimen collection and processing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
• Certification as a Phlebotomist or equivalent licensure in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen handling and labeling.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
