Department Specifics:Works with patients who are referred to our transplant program to be evaluated for kidney transplantation.The transplant nurse coordinator works with the patients during their transplant evaluation, through their listing on the UNOS waitlist for Kidney Transplant, and while the patient is on the waitlist waiting for their transplant.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION -Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Transplant Experience or 5 Years of RN Experience
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
