Elev8 Centers focuses on treating individuals with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility provides comprehensive care, from detox to rehab and recovery therapy. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

The RN coordinates nursing services per our policies and procedures, promoting clients' physical and mental health. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll assist residents in managing their health and coordinate medical services, including psychiatric and medication, based on individual needs.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately administer and document medications per PSO policies.
• Perform urine, blood, and glucose tests.
• Provide direct patient care aligned with the nursing department's goals.
• Assist staff in developing goal-oriented care plans and evaluating care.
• Help plan patient care, discharge, and ongoing care.
• Adjust patient assignments based on changing needs during shifts.
• Implement patient education programs based on specific needs.
• Review and give feedback on staff documentation standards.
• Maintain patient care standards as per government and standardizing agency regulations.

Qualifications:

• Accredited nursing school graduate
• Current New York State RN license
• Registered nurse in good standing
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience in medication administration in a detox/rehab setting
