Home Care Nurse - Princeton, MN

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 9-year-old client in their home. We welcome new grads and will train! Details for this client's case:- Case is located Princeton, MN- 9 yr. old- Hi Flow- Shaken Baby - Epilepsy- Has pets in the home (Dogs)- Week 1 Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11pm Week 2 Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11pmResponsibilities:- Administer nursing care to client- Help maintain patients' treatment plan- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Provide advice and support to patients and their family membersQualifications:- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients- RN or LPN Minnesota License- Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsBenefits:- ICHRA Program- Supplemental Group Insurance available- PTO- Flexible SchedulingSalary:$27.00 - $36.35 per hourPosition: Full-Time and/or Part-TimeNo Experience Necessary - We will train you so that you and the client are confident and comfortable.
