All About Caring Home Care, LLC. is seeking a Home Care Nurse to add to our dedicated team of amazing nursing who serve an incredible family whom we love in North Branch, MN.We off world class care with heartfelt small community values.There are more hours available in other nearby cases.Details of this case: - 20-year-old Male- Located in North Branch, MN - Part-Time Position - Tuesday 6am - 4pm and Friday 6am - 4pm every week No weekends at this time- Anoxic Brain Damage- Non-verbal and wheelchair bond- Medically Fragile- Hoyer Lift- Family prefers manual transfersWe will train you. Responsibilities:- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and/or disabled patients- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention - Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersQualifications:- Familiarity with medical software and equipment- Ability to build rapport with patients- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentSalary: $27.00 - 36.35 per hourBenefits: - Flexible Schedules- Health Insurance program for Full-time Employees- Paid Time OffFun, growing, entrepreneurial company focusing on world class care and acting as though we can truly do great things.
