Home Care Nurse - Bloomington, MN (#2)

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 54-year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! Details for this client's case:- Case is located Bloomington, MN - 54 yr. old Male- Cognitive- Communicates with noises and lip readiegia- Trach/Vent- GT- NO PETS- Monday 7pm - 7am and Saturday 7pm - 7 am Week 1 and 2 NOCSResponsibilities:- Administer nursing care to client- Help maintain patients' treatment plan- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Provide advice and support to patients and their family membersQualifications:- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients- RN or LPN Minnesota License- Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsBenefits:- ICHRA Program- Supplemental Group Insurance available- PTO- Flexible SchedulingSalary:$27.00 - $36.35 per hourPosition: Full-Time and/or Part-TimeNo Experience Necessary - We will train you so that you and the client are confident and comfortable.
