We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Part-Time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 15-year-old female in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! Details for this client's case:- Case is located in Bloomington, MN - 15 yr. old Female- CP- Epilepsy - Hydrocephaly with VP- ShuntAcure/Chronic Respiratory Failure- BiPap Overnight and during naps- Vest tx- GT Dependent- Week 1: Friday 8am - 6pm Week 2: Friday 8am - 6pm- 1 dog (emotional support/service)Responsibilities:- Administer nursing care to client- Help maintain patients' treatment plan- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Provide advice and support to patients and their family membersQualifications:- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients- RN or LPN Minnesota License- Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsBenefits: (For Full-Time Employees Only)- ICHRA Program- Supplemental Group Insurance available- PTO- Flexible SchedulingSalary:$27.00 - $36.35 per hourPosition: This position is Part-TimeThere are Full-Time and/or Part-Time positions available by adding other cases/clients.
