Health Services Coordinator

Our organization specializes in the care and treatment of those with substance and alcohol use disorders. We are seeking Health Services Coordinator. The role involves client support, reducing treatment barriers, and maintaining client engagement in addiction services. Coordinators will demonstrate recovery skills and inspire hope.

Shift Times:

• Morning: 7am-3:30pm
• Night: 3pm-11:30pm
• Overnight: 11pm-7:30am

Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
• Communicate client issues to Counselors and Nursing staff.
• Encourage positive interactions among clients and staff.
• Transport clients within the facility.
• Ensure clients follow the program schedule.
• Conduct regular room and census checks.
• Report inconsistent client behavior.
• Assist in de-escalating behavioral issues.
• Monitor client linen and laundry.
• Record new admissions' belongings.
• Assist in contraband screening.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as a role model.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience
