Health Services Coordinator (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide personalized nursing care using established standards and procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse. Enhance your clinical expertise with us!

Shifts: 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and on time, per physician orders.
• Educate patients on their medications, document responses, and report issues.
• Record patient activities like admissions and discharges, notifying staff of abnormalities.
• Document detox progress and patient behavior, reporting concerns.
• Log all treatments and patient responses, notifying staff of issues.
• Share patient progress with the team, reporting concerns.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Accredited nursing school graduate.
• Valid NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of nursing experience.
• Experience with addiction treatment preferred.
