Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, addressing their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Assessment and Monitoring: Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes. As a Health Care Nurse (Pediatric Home Care), you will ensure early detection of potential health issues.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Adjust plans based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.
• Family Support: Educate and support families, providing them with the information and resources needed to care for their children. Foster a supportive environment that encourages family involvement.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics!
