Job Description: Health Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Care: Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to address their unique needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
Patient Education: Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their health conditions, treatment options, self-care strategies, and preventive measures to promote wellness and disease prevention.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and manage patient care effectively and ensure continuity of care across the healthcare continuum.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
