Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pmCoverage Area: Ann Arbor/Canton/Northville/Plymouth/YpsilantiPosition Purpose:Our LPNs provide skilled nursing care to the organization’s clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and assigned by the supervising registered nurse. These nursing activities are limited to those in compliance with the state’s/province’s LP(V)N/RNA Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirement, and agency policies and procedures.Position Highlights:Effectively and efficiently plans visit content and schedule based on client capabilities, condition, preferences (when possible), physician orders and available resources.Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal.
