Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our patients and support the overall functioning of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns.
- Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Assist with training and supervision of nursing assistants and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
