Average hourly rate is $21.86 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

This position has Hybrid capabilities to those who reside in or around Wichita area

Do you like working with children and families? Then TFI Family Services has the job for you!

We are looking for a full-time Foster Care Worker to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human service field or a master’s degree in a human services field. We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Foster Care Worker

As a Foster Care Worker, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Foster Care Worker’s teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. Foster Care Worker’s work together with our foster parents to help train, license, and support them and the children in their home.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, who wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
