Job Description:
As a Finance Business Partner I, you will play a key role in supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing consistent communication and training for finance staff throughout the UF enterprise. Your primary focus will be on enabling excellence within finance operations by supporting effective communication strategies, comprehensive training programs, and streamlined procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures consistent and effective communication within the finance function, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders to support the development and delivery of a variety of resources.
- Coordinates key programs to enhance connections and communications with finance staff throughout the UF enterprise.
- Supports change initiatives within the finance function, helping to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Expected Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with operations at the University of Florida, or another higher education institution, is preferred.
