Are you a skilled and compassionate EMT dedicated to providing high-quality donor care? We are seeking a Donor Care EMT to join our team. As a Donor Care EMT, you will ensure donor safety, provide emergency medical support, and contribute to a positive donation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Donor Support: As a Donor Care EMT, you will provide support to donors before, during, and after the donation process, ensuring a positive experience.

2. Emergency Response: Respond to donor adverse reactions or medical emergencies, providing immediate care and support.

3. Health Monitoring: Monitor donor vital signs and overall well-being throughout the donation process.

4. Documentation: Accurately document donor information, health status, and any incidents in compliance with regulatory standards.

5. Communication: Clearly communicate with donors about the donation process, post-donation care, and any potential concerns.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other medical staff to ensure coordinated and effective donor care.

7. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all emergency medical equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.

Necessary Requirements:

• Certification: Valid EMT certification and licensure.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an EMT, preferably in a donor care or similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in emergency medical procedures, health monitoring, and donor care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients and equipment.
