BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Divisional Nurse Manager/Hospice RN for our Haddon Heights, NJ hospice office.
This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric hospice clients living at home and in assisted living communities throughout New Jersey.

Your Day as a Divisional Nurse Manager:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a dedicated team to provide exceptional care to our hospice clients.
- Supervise: Oversee a team of skilled nurses and field clinicians, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Train and Develop: Facilitate new hire orientation in partnership with Client Services Managers, ongoing training, and in-services to keep our team at the top of their game.
- Ensure Excellence: Conduct competencies for both new and experienced staff, maintaining our commitment to quality.
- Extend Support Across the States: Routine travel to any of our 5 NJ offices (2-3 times per month) to extend clinical operational support and connect with our broader NJ team.
