The role of a Dispensary Technician includes answering patient questions about medications, explaining instructions for use, and relaying information to the pharmacist

A Dispensary Technician is responsible for managing patients' prescriptions for chronic and specialty conditions and ensuring that they receive prompt, accurate, and safe care.
